Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to offer returns unless there is obvious physical damage to the product upon opening the original packaging. The product must be returned in its unopened original packaging. As each and every product is thoroughly examined and inspected prior to shipping Servant Sex Toys will review the returned product and determine whether or not the product is eligible for return. It is solely at Servant Sex Toys discretion to determine, in the event the product is eligible for return, whether to issue a refund or to replace the product. Any item which is eligible for return, and if the item is canceled 24 Hours after order is placed and before product has been made, the buyer will be responsible for any shipping costs for a return and will also be subject to a %25 restocking fee. Size of product, too big, too small, and colour are not accepted reasons for refunding a product.
Packaging and Shipping
All of our products are shipped in nondescript packaging displaying only your name and address. International Orders will have a customs sticker labeled 'Novelty Item'. Shipping costs will be determined at the checkout. Tracking information for your purchase will be emailed to you upon your item being shipped. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the delivery information required at checkout is correct. In the case where a item is returned to us because of missing information we will need the cost of shipping sent to us before we ship the item out with the correct information.
Use of Products
All Dildos and other sexually oriented products sold by Servant Sex Toys are considered Adult Novelty Items(Toys). Servant Sex Toys assumes no liability or responsibility for the use of our products. Purchasers of our Adult Toys assume all responsibility and risk when using Adult Toys. We encourage you to play safely.
Payment Options
Servant Sex Toys uses Pay Pal and E-transfer for all financial transactions. Additional options may be used in the case of an eligible refund.
